Targeted to middle school and high school students, Discovery: Positive Connections for Kids was designed to provide administrators, counselors, and teachers with the tools needed to reduce substance abuse among their students. The Federal Office of Substance Abuse funded this project.

To celebrate the long, exciting, and successful history of the U.S. Marshals, the Foundation contracted with us to develop a tabletop book that tells this great American story.

The Spirit Within

The Spirit Within

Produced in collaboration with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the compilation was the first in a two-volume set that featured the work of young school-aged authors. Participants were selected through a national contest with thousands of entrants. All of the "young authors" whose works were selected received a publishing contract and received a personal thank you from Laura Bush during a gala celebration.

Mapping the African-American Past

CCI developed and created, in conjunction with Columbia University, this one-of-a-kind product. A kit of cards describes places of relevance in the history of African Americans in New York. The kit has a companion Workbook and also a dedicated website with activities, videos and teaching ideas.

Madison Square Garden Afterschool Magazines

The Madison Square Garden Cheering for Children Foundation distributed these magazines in New York City schools and at Madison Square Garden events. Their high-interest sports and entertainment content was designed to get kids absorbed in reading.
